Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver THIS IS A WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE ROLE WITH ADDTIONAL FLT LICENCE FOR 10/20% of the time IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICAL COUNTER BALANCE LICENSE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY! The Role This is primarily a warehouse-based role involving the day-to-day handling, movement, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will also support forklift operations when required, therefore a valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential. We are looking for someone with a great worh ethic and a can do attitude. This position would suit someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as required Having a great work ethic a can do attitude and be willing to get stuck in to any tasks. Assisting with stock control and inventory management Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes Following all company health & safety procedures Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines Candidate Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent) This predomenatly a warehouse role with additional FLT Previous warehouse or logistics experience Strong attentio...
