I'm currently partnering with a retailer who are seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join a large-scale, fast-paced distribution operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an operational leader to take ownership of a significant warehouse function, drive continuous improvement and play a key role in delivering outstanding service levels. Managing a team of around 250 colleagues through a First Line Manager structure, you will be responsible for creating a culture of high performance, engagement and accountability, while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency remain at the heart of the operation. Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (06:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm), working any 5 days from 7.
