Warehouse Supervisor

Logirec Ltd (agy) is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a permanent afternoon shift position with one of the UK largest independent drinks whoesaler This is a hands-on supervisory role within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team while also working alongside staff to ensure operational targets are achieved. Working Hours: - Monday to Thursday - 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight - Fexibility required based on business volumes Key Requirements: - Proven experience managing a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment - Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) certificate - Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records - Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - Strong leadership and organisational skills, lead and mentor shift team to meet productivity and KPI's - Ability to lead by example and work as part of the team To be considered for this opportunity, please forward your CV
