Warehouse Team Lead: Safety-First Ops & Growth

Northwood Consuma Tissue Ltd is seeking a focused Warehouse Team Leader to support the line manager and a busy warehouse team in Flint. You will oversee stock checks, movements, shipments and storage, and assist in preparing reels for shipment to other Northwood locations.

The role calls for a hands-on leader with an FLT licence (B1/B2 with clamp) and clear, engaging communication. You will help recruit, coach and develop staff while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards as the site
