About the Role We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy, fast paced warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in stock control and warehouse management who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and ensuring stock accuracy across a large operation. You'll take ownership of stock integrity throughout the warehouse, managing a team, analysing stock data, investigating discrepancies and ensuring inventory accuracy. Working closely with other departments, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate and develop a stock integrity team within a busy warehouse. * Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies. * Carry out stock checks, audits and inventory reconciliation. * Analyse stock data and identify trends or areas for improvement. * Manage stock movements and ensure warehouse systems remain accurate. * Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel to produce reports and analyse performance. * Support performance management and coach team members to achieve high standards. * Work collaboratively with other warehouse departments to maintain efficient operations. * Identify and resolve stock-related issues using a proactive approach. * Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and enjoys solving problems in a fast-moving environment. You'll ideally have: * Previous experience in Stock Integrity or Stock Control within a warehouse. * Experience managing a team of 20+ employees. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and investigate data. * Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Strong Excel and general computer skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * The ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure. * A proactive and hands-on approach. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Previous warehouse experience is essential. Working Hours * 38.75 hours per week * Working any 5 days from 7 * Typical shifts: * 7:45am – 4:00pm * 8:15am – 4:30pm * Flexibility required during peak trading periods.
