Warehouse Team Leader - KPI Driven Stock & Audit

C2 Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Belfast distribution centre. You will lead a small team, ensure stock accuracy, and oversee pallet and cage audits before dispatch to customers.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to manage weekly supervision, KPI tracking, and reporting using Excel and Word. This is a full-time, permanent position with typical shift patterns 11am-7pm.
