Warranty Administrator

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Chippenham, Wiltshire, is seeking to appoint a Vehicle Warranty Administrator to join their busy Service Department. Duties:

• Preparing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers for payment
• Checking and clearing weekly manufacturer statements, resolving any overdue claims or discrepancies
• Ensuring all warranty documentation aligns with manufacturer guidelines
• Preparing accurate invoices and warranty claims in accordance with departmental standards
• Completing repair order documentation thoroughly and correctly
• Processing policy claims efficiently and verifying customer reimbursements
• Managing return of displaced materials and maintaining control standards
