Warranty Administrator

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Chippenham, Wiltshire, is seeking to appoint a Vehicle Warranty Administrator to join their busy Service Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive administrative professional to develop their career within a well-established dealership group. Benefits: Salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience 30 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays Workplace pension scheme Manufacturer-accredited training programmes Career development and progression opportunities Staff purchase discounts Long-standing local dealer group with stable employmentDuties: Preparing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers for payment Checking and clearing weekly manufacturer statements, resolving any overdue claims or discrepancies Ensuring all warranty documentation aligns with manufacturer guidelines Preparing accurate invoices and warranty claims in accordance with departmental standards Completing repair order documentation thoroughly and correctly Processing policy claims efficiently and verifying customer reimbursements Managing return of displaced materials and maintaining control standards Reconciling warranty credits accurately and resolving administrative discrepancies Assisting with general office administration tasks Collaborating with colleagues and providing excellent support within the Service DepartmentRequirements: Previous experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry Knowledge of vehicle warranty processes Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues Experience with Kerridge/Keyloop dealer management system is advantageous but not essentialIf you are an experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrator seeking a fulfilling role in a professional environment, we want to hear from you.
