Warranty Administrator
We are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a reputable multi-franchise dealership in Treforest. - Salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Performance-related bonus scheme
- 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 3 years of service

Duties of the Warranty Administrator:
- Preparing all warranty claims for submission to manufacturers
- Checking and clearing weekly statements; querying overdue claims or discrepancies
- Ensuring documentation complies with manufacturer guidelines
- Preparing accurate invoices and warranty claims
- Correctly completing repair order documentation
- Managing policy claims and customer reimbursements efficiently
- Maintaining control over displaced material returned to manufacturers
- Reconciling warranty credits and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting the aftersales team with administrative tasks related to warranty management
Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:
- Previous experience in a warranty administration or relevant administrative role within the automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle warranty processes and manufacturer claims submissions
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cooperative relationships with colleagues and customers
- A full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Resides in or within reasonable commuting distance of Treforest
