Warranty & Technical Engineer - Heavy Plant Diagnostics

Catering in Caldicot, Wales, seeks a Warranty and Technical Engineer for a national role. This hands-on position focuses on diagnostics, warranty recovery, OEM relationships and continuous improvement across a modern Tier V fleet.

You will be the technical lead for warranty claims, data-led improvements, and cost reduction, working with field teams and OEMs to optimise uptime and reliability.
