Water Hygiene Engineer

Water Hygiene Engineer Location: Luton Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum A well-established water hygiene and treatment company is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join its growing team. You will work across a range of commercial and public sector sites, carrying out both planned and reactive water hygiene duties to ensure client systems remain fully compliant with current legislation and industry standards. What's on Offer Company vehicle with option for private use 23 days holiday per annum (this will increase by a day per year after 3 years service to a maximum of 30 days per annum) Employee discount scheme Employee recognition scheme Driver behaviour incentives - a prize draw takes place weekly where cash prizes are given to safe drivers Bright exchange - employee discounts given at various retailersKey Responsibilities Delivering water hygiene services across a variety of client sites Carrying out temperature monitoring, system flushing, and water sampling Servicing and maintaining TMVs, including minor remedial works Inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting cold water storage tanks and calorifiers Completing showerhead descaling and disinfection tasks Ensuring all works are completed in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, and WRAS guidelinesCandidate Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience within water hygiene or a related plumbing position Relevant water hygiene qualifications or training Full UK driving licenceApply Apply today or contact Mollie Caswell at Penguin Recruitment for further information
