Water Hygiene Engineer / Remedial Works

Location: Field based around London and South of England, with some national travel. (Head Office is Caterham) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm The Role: This role is focused on supporting the efficient delivery of services, ensuring high-quality standards for clients. You will work closely with operational teams to meet business requirements while continuously striving to enhance service offerings and exceed client expectations. By fostering a collaborative work environment, you will contribute to ongoing business improvements and identify opportunities for commercial growth and development. Responsibilities: * Carry out temperature monitoring and other planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks. * Clean and maintain cold water storage tanks. * Service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs). * Perform showerhead descaling and cleaning. * Support service delivery as required by the business. * Complete PPM tasks in line with industry guidelines and best practices. * Conduct clean and disinfection procedures on water systems. * Collect water samples and submit them for analysis to a UKAS-accredited laboratory. * Perform site inspections of water systems to assess compliance and condition. * Produce accurate and detailed technical reports. * Work to agreed schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Deliver a first-class service, ensuring all work meets industry regulations and client specifications. * M...
