Water Treatment Engineer - Junior Account Manager Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Location: East Anglia An excellent opportunity has become available for a Junior Account Manager to join a successful and growing water treatment company covering East Anglia, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. This Junior Account Manager role is ideal for someone currently working as a Water Treatment Engineer who is ready to progress into a customer-facing position, or for an existing Junior Account Manager looking for a new challenge. As a Junior Account Manager, you will support an established customer base, build strong client relationships and provide technical advice across a range of water treatment systems. Working closely with the Area Manager, you'll help manage day-to-day service requirements while ensuring customers receive a high standard of support. Salary & Benefits £35,000 basic salary with OTE of up to £40,000. Company vehicle (Toyota Corolla Commercial or similar). Cashback healthcare plan. Company pension. Ongoing training and career progression.Key Duties Manage and develop customer accounts across your region. Carry out site visits and use water treatment test kits. Provide technical guidance on cooling towers, steam boilers and closed systems. Produce reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel. Work closely with the Area Manager to deliver excellent customer service.Essential Requirements Experience within the water treatment or water hygiene industry. Hands-on experience using site test kits. Experience with steam boilers and cooling towers Good understanding of HSG274, BG50 and L8 guidance. Strong communication and organisational skills.
