Wealth Management Engineering Lead

Barclays is seeking a Director – Engineering Lead for Wealth Management within PBWM to drive engineering strategy across digital platforms, delivering scalable, secure client and colleague experiences in a highly regulated environment.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, shape engineering standards, partner with Product, UX, Architecture and Risk, and ensure delivery excellence across time, cost and risk while maintaining strong regulatory alignment.
