Weekend Staffing Coordinator

Weekends - 6am-2pm or 12pm-8pm - Permanent - In Branch

Salary: £12,600 per annum + bonus (pro rata of £28,000)

Staffline is looking for a Weekend Staffing Coordinator to join our Operations Hub team. In this role, you'll provide vital out-of-hours support to our clients, temporary workforce, and on-site teams, ensuring staffing requirements are met across the weekend.

As part of our central hub operation, you'll play a key role in filling and managing shifts, handling last-minute changes, supporting payroll administration, and assisting with recruitment activity when required. No two weekends are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working under pressure.

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial, but not essential. If you have strong organisational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to think on your feet, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
