Youll be working across different units and teams, supporting a range of service usersso flexibility and teamwork are key. Your Responsibilities: Work across secure units, hospital wards, and clinical settings Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs Support individuals with challenging behaviours and complex behavioural needs and the associated risks safely and professionally Assist with rehabilitation, recovery, and personal development goals Promote independence, confidence, and community engagement Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Support individuals with mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, and learning disabilities Essential Requirements: Minimum 6 months healthcare experience within the UK A caring, patient, and adaptable approach Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Satisfactory references Current Right to Work in the UK If youre passionate about care, ready to take on a varied role, and want to be part of a supportive teamapply today and start making a real difference.
