We have an initially temporary Weighbridge Operative role available within Holcim's Aggregate Uttoxeter site. This role is ideal for someone with previous Weighbridge Operative experience. However, applicants with a proactive nature and holding strong communication, customer service and IT literacy skills will be considered.

Rate: £13.45ph

Contract length: 18 Months, initially with the view to extend or offer permanent position

Shift Patterns: Thursdays and Fridays, from 06:45 until 16:45

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Operate the weighbridge, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all vehicle movements.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to drivers, contractors and internal teams by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
• Process all delivery and collection documentation in line with company policies and compliance standards.
