ROLE: Welder LOCATION: Northampton HOURS OF WORK: Days BASIC SALARY: £17 per hour Role Overview Our client is looking for a reliable, hard working and experienced Welder to join their manufacturing team on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities as a Welder: * Mig Welding of steel fabrications such as fuel tanks, base frames and miscellaneous parts to do with production. * Carrying out fabrication, repair and finishing work where required * Read technical drawings to accurately weld and fabricate parts and components * General workshop duties as required * Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards * Maintaining a safe and organised working environment To be successful as a Welder you will have: * Have Mig welding experience (required) * Be able to work from technical drawings (required) * Competent forklift driver (required) * Have a good eye for detail * Be reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team If you have the relevant experience our client is looking for in this Welder role, we would like to hear from you.
