Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator Letchworth 17.50 - £22.00 per hour (DOE) + Overtime + Bonus Scheme 3Sixty Talent Management is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected sheet metal engineering company based in Letchworth . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator to join a skilled and supportive production team, working on a variety of prototype and low-volume manufacturing projects for globally recognised customers across multiple industries. 17.50£22.00 per hour (depending on experience) Regular overtime paid at 1.5x your hourly rate Performance bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Company pension and sick pay scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Modern workshop with industry-leading equipment As a Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator , youll be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components for both prototype and low-volume production work. Youll work from detailed engineering drawings to manufacture precision parts that meet exact customer specifications. Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components Carry out high-quality TIG and MIG welding Operate press brakes, laser cutting equipment, and fabrication machinery Ensure work meets strict quality standards, including ISO 9001 and AS9100 Were looking for someone with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication who enjoys producing precision work to the highest standards.
