Welfare Cleaner

Job Description: Welfare Operative We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Operative to join our team for ongoing work on a busy construction site in Abbots Langley. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, drying rooms, and offices Ensuring welfare areas are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked Cleaning kitchen and dining areas Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly Replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products Reporting any maintenance issues or shortages to the site team Following site health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Previous experience in a cleaning, welfare, or site-based role Construction site experience is preferred Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work independently and as part of a site team Own PPE Valid CSCS Card may be required depending on site requirements If you're interested, please apply today
