CSCS Welfare Cleaner Required
Location: Maidstone ME17 3DF Rate: £17.00 - £17.93 per hour PAYE Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing work until March 2027 Working Hours: Every other day, either AM or PM shift AM - start at 7.45am PM - start at 12.30 pm
We are currently recruiting CSCS Operatives for a long-term welfare cleaning position. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking stable, long-term work on a secure site.
Requirements Valid CSCS Card (essential) Asbestos Awareness certificate Must be able to pass an EL1 Security Clearance Clean background suitable for security vetting Previous cleaning experience preferred Reliable and committed approach to work
Duties General cleaning duties as directed by management Maintaining site cleanliness and health & safety standards Working within a secure environment
Whats on Offer? £17.00 - £17.93 per hour Immediate start available Long-term project running through to March 2027 Weekly pay Consistent workload and hours
