Wine Store Trainee Manager: Growth, Training & Travel

Majestic Wine in Monmouth is recruiting a Trainee Manager on a 12-month development programme to build the operational, service and leadership skills needed to become a future Majestic Store Manager. The role is permanent, with a 44-hour week including weekends and travel to support surrounding stores.

You will gain hands-on experience across all store operations, with extensive in-house training and ongoing development to advance within Majestic Wine.
