Women’s Football Growth & Operations Lead

Southampton FC is seeking a Head of Women’s Football to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of the Women’s and Girls’ programme. You will oversee logistics, budgets, staff recruitment, and key stakeholder relationships across the pathway, ensuring regulatory compliance and high performance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with the Club Secretary, Legal, and Finance teams to support contracts, budgets and league funding.
