Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Workday Financials Data Analyst to join a major Workday Financials transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract. You'll play a key role in supporting data migration, validation, reconciliation and reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data throughout the programme lifecycle.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, technically strong and confident working with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Workday Financials data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
- Analyse and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the programme.
- Work closely with Finance, IT and project teams to resolve data quality issues.
- Support testing, cutover and deployment activities from a data perspective.
- Produce and maintain documentation for data mapping, validation and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Identify data risks and proactively recommend solutions.
- Support reporting and data analysis across the Workday Financials platform.
- Certified in Workday Financials (Essential).
- Proven experience as a Workday Financials Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience supporting Workday Financials implementations or optimisation programmes.
- Experience with data migration, data validation, reconciliation and cleansing within Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of Workday Financials data structures and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Active SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.
- Experience working within regulated or security-conscious environments.
- Experience with Workday Financials reporting, EIBs and data loads.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience supporting Finance transformation programmes. xwzovoh
