Working Supervisor (Permanent Position) Concrete Repair / Waterproofing (Cumbria) Pay: £19.53 per hour Duration: Long‑term – 5 years continuous work Sector: Clean Water Infrastructure Overview We are seeking an experienced Working Supervisor with a background in concrete repair and/or waterproofing to support major clean water infrastructure projects across Cumbria. Must have water site experience. You will oversee gangs delivering internal waterproofing, structural concrete repairs, and reinstatement works within live clean water environments. This role combines hands‑on technical work with on‑site supervision. Key Responsibilities Supervising operatives and subcontractor gangs Overseeing internal waterproofing works Managing structural concrete repair activities Ensuring quality and compliance within clean water environments Supporting reinstatement works and safe delivery of tasks Experience & Background Concrete repair or waterproofing background (essential) Experience within the water industry (highly desirable) Comfortable working in live clean water environments Requirements SSSTS or SMSTS CSCS card EUSR / Clean Water Hygiene Card Concrete Repair / Waterproofing experience Confined Space (beneficial) What's On Offer £19.53ph Long‑term work (minimum 5 years) Major water infrastructure projects Strong career progression opportunities INDP
