Working Foreman

Working Foreman – Fit Out Projects We are currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the commercial, hospitality, and hotel sectors. This role would suit someone hands-on, organised, and confident of overseeing site activities from start to finish while maintaining programme and quality standards. Responsibilities * Overseeing day-to-day site operations on fit-out projects * Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site * Ensuring all works are carried out safely, on time whilst maintaining high standard of finishes * Project Coordination * Labour Management * Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation * Resolving site issues quickly and effectively Requirements * Proven experience as a Working Foreman on fit-out projects * Background working on commercial, hospitality, or hotel schemes * Carpentry Background * Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front * Willingness to travel and work across the UK when required * SMSTS preferred, although support can be provided if needed * A valid driver's licence
