Working Foreman/Woman Location: Water Orton, B46 1DZ Rate: £26.17 PAYE Hours: 07:30 - 18:00 Duration: December 2027 We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman/Woman to support safe and compliant site operations on HS2. This is an all‑round supervisory role with a strong focus on health & safety leadership, ensuring safe delivery of daily works across structures, earthworks, and general construction activities. Key Duties Lead daily site safety: enforce safe systems of work, monitor compliance, and ensure all activities follow RAMS and permit requirements Supervise all‑round civils tasks including structures, earthworks, and general construction operations Coordinate workforce and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are carried out safely and efficiently Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and point‑of‑work risk assessments Monitor plant, equipment, and work areas to ensure safe operation and housekeeping standards Support incident reporting, near‑miss capture, and corrective actionsRequired Skills & Experience Solid understanding of site safety protocols, RAMS, permits, and compliance requirements Ability to supervise teams and maintain high H&S standards Valid Gold or Black CSCS SSSTS Up‑to‑date CVIf you're interested in this Working Foreman/Woman role in Water Orton, B46 1DZ, please apply and we'll be in touch.
