We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Bodyshop Workshop Manager in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Duties:

• Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team, ensuring high performance standards
• Coordinate workflow and job prioritisation to meet deadlines
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and suppliers to facilitate claims and communication
• Drive profitability and service excellence across all workshop activities
