About the Role
We are seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to oversee themaintenance and repair of our Vehicles. As Workshop Supervisor, youwill be responsible for supervising a team of mechanics, ensuringthat all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, andminimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mechanics and workshop staff.
• Nurture a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs on all companyvehicles.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and companypolicies.
• Ensure accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Continuously improve processes and promote innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Trade qualification as a HD Mechanic or related trade.
• Experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics andmaintenance procedures including electronic diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• HR license and forklift ticket ideal, but notessential.
