Workshop Technician

Due to the continued growth of the business this role is an urgent requirement to keep up with customer demands. In the long-term plans of the business, they are looking to further expand & are looking for staff who would want to build a long-term career. As a Workshop Technician you will be expected to have the following: - Understanding of basic hydraulic principles Competent knowledge of mechanical systems Able to competently strip down, clean, repair & rebuild assemblies Multi-tasker who can cope with a constantly changing workload Logical thinker who can solve problems with a can-do attitude Computer literate with communication skills Be able to work on their own and as part of a team The successful candidate must have some form of mechanical experience as well as ideally holding a relevant qualification. Whether it is through education or apprenticeship. Ideally you will be able to have a working knowledge of engines or hydraulic systems. This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday 7:30 - 16:30, (42.5 hours).
