Yard Operative

Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable welfare/toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK. We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation. We are currently looking to recruit a Yard Operative based at our Bristol Depot to assist with the day-to-day activities associated with the equipment we hire out Salary: £12.80 per hour Hours: 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday Requirements: Forklift truck experience preferred but not necessary Job Role: Cleaning and preparing welfare/toilet units and associated plant ready for hire Repairing damaged plant Loading and unloading vehicles when needed Keeping the depot clean and tidy Cleaning in the offices Scanning paperwork & emailing to head office Receiving and printing of paperwork for staff and drivers Receiving plant returns Logging damage to plant and sending pictures and information to head office Water sampling and testing Reporting issues to relevant managers What we offer Salary of £12.80 per hour Minimum 40 per week (overtime available in busy periods) Full time permanent employment Weekly pay Full practical training Full PPE & Uniform 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Work place pension scheme Ability to earn additional holidays Refer a friend scheme Incentive programs Great working environment What we need from you Can do attitude Able to self-manage Forward thinker and problem solver A degree of flexibility Knowledge of Health & Safety Flexibility Want to be part of a great team - to have the opportunity to join our team submit your CV to be considered for an immediate interview or call our HR department.
