Protocol Education are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Enfield who are looking to appoint an inspiring Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. The role: Teach a Year 1 class across the full primary curriculum Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents Assess and track pupil progress effectively The ideal candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 A strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum Excellent classroom management skills A creative, enthusiastic and child-centred approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Why work with Protocol Education?
