Year Leader: Mentoring, Wellbeing & Achievement

Tarleton Academy is expanding its pastoral team and seeks a dynamic Head of Year. You will monitor, track and support students, working with Attendance, Behaviour and Progress Leads to raise achievement and well-being.

This full-time, fixed-term role runs term-time plus two weeks (37 hours per week) with hours 8am–4pm Monday-Thursday and 8am–3:30pm Friday. You will implement Celebration, Award & Behaviour procedures, mentor students and provide administrative support to your year group.
