Supported Housing Support Worker (Young People's Service)Location: CullomptonSalary: £14.12 per hour + holiday pay (£16.52 per hour Umbrella)Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)Contract duration: Temporary, 4–6 weeks (Immediate Start)Weekend working: 1 weekend in 3 (lone working). Applicants seeking 30 hours per week will also be considered.About the Role BRC are recruiting for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join a Young People's Supported Housing Service in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supported housing, homelessness, young people's services, social care, mental health or complex needs who is passionate about helping young people build independence and achieve positive outcomes. Working within supported accommodation, you'll provide person-centred support to young people, helping them develop independent living skills, maintain their tenancy, improve their wellbeing and prepare for move-on accommodation. You'll work closely with residents, colleagues and partner agencies to create a safe, supportive and empowering environment where young people can thrive.Key Responsibilities
