Youth Support Worker - Primary Schools (Cardiff) Start Date: September 2026 Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit enthusiastic and caring Youth Support Workers to work within primary schools across Cardiff. The Role As a Youth Support Worker, you will: Provide pastoral and emotional support to pupils. Build positive relationships with children and staff. Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Work alongside teachers and school staff to support student development.
