Youth Support Worker

At Turning Point, we support people across The UK with Mental Health, Substance Use and Learning Disabilities. As a Youth Support Worker, you will ensure that young people living in Turning Point’s supported accommodation are supported to thrive and reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment, increasing their independency to create a positive move on into the community.As a Youth Support Worker, you will join The Lancashire Young People supported accommodation services that supports 18 young people across two locations in Chorley (Parker House and The Bridge).
