Support Worker - Young People's Housing Services Empowering independence, building futures Part Time | 22.5 hours | £16,110 (£13.77 per hour) | Radlett Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Young People's Services team, supporting young people, including separated migrant children, to build confidence, develop life skills and achieve greater independence. You communicate well, value inclusion and teamwork, and can manage boundaries and workload independently. A passion for learning and development is essential. The successful candidate must always maintain appropriate professional boundaries and understand their responsibilities in relation to positions of trust. All appointments are subject to satisfactory right to work, enhanced DBS, reference and medical clearances. Successful candidates will be required to join the DBS Update Service, with the subscription cost reimbursed by Hightown.
