These terms govern use of jobroute.io and the services provided by Vocation Media Limited (“Jobroute”, “we”). By using this website you accept these terms. Advertising and publishing partners are additionally governed by their signed agreements or insertion orders with us; where those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

The service

Jobroute is a programmatic job-advertising platform. We aggregate job listings from advertisers, distribute them to publishing partners and to our own job search pages, and measure and bill validated clicks. Job listings are supplied by third parties: we do not verify every listing and we are not the employer, recruiter or agent for any role shown. Applying for a job takes place on the advertiser’s or employer’s own site, under their terms.

Use of the site

You may use our public pages for personal, non-commercial job searching. You must not access the service by automated means except via interfaces we provide for that purpose, interfere with its operation, misrepresent clicks or traffic, or attempt to circumvent our traffic-quality systems. Our Acceptable use policy forms part of these terms.

Listings and availability

Listings change constantly and may expire, be amended or be withdrawn without notice. We give no warranty that any listing is current, accurate or genuine, and we accept no liability for the content of third-party sites you reach through our links. The service is provided “as is” and we may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

Intellectual property

The Jobroute name, logo, site design and software are owned by Vocation Media Limited or its licensors. Job listing content belongs to the advertisers or employers who supplied it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to non-partner users of the free public site is limited to £100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder stays in force. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
