Male - Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Loughton Pay: £95–£106/day (DOE) Duration: Full-time | Long-term | Temp-to-Perm Start: 1st September 2026 Closing date for applications: 21/08/2026 Luma Education Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Male Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support and guide a pupil 1:1 with SEN and complex learning difficulties, helping them thrive every day in a positive, engaging environment.
