MEP Design Manager

Job Title: MEP Design Manager Location: Loughton (Hybrid Working) Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 + Package The Role: * Lead and manage an in-house team of approximately 10 Design Engineers * Oversee the design delivery of high-value residential and mixed-use developments across London * Manage and coordinate MEP design through RIBA Stages 1–5 * Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design across multiple live projects * Review and coordinate consultant and subcontractor design information * Ensure designs are coordinated, compliant and buildable The Company: * Established MEP Design & Build contractor * Successfully operating since 2016 * Employs between 40 - 50 people * Design department has doubled in size over the past 12 months * Strong pipeline of secured projects across the residential, student accommodation and mixed-use sectors * Delivering multiple London projects ranging from £7.5m to £25m MEP value * Hybrid working environment with 2–3 days per week in the office, on site or attending meetings * Genuine opportunity to progress into the Head of Design position Salary & Benefits: * £90,000 - £95,000 basic salary (DOE) * Competitive package * Vehicle / travel allowance * Company pension * Hybrid working * Clear progression into the Head of Design role * Opportunity to join a growing contractor with an excellent secured...
