Recruitment platforms, job boards and aggregators distributing jobs at scale. Your feed goes in, validated candidate clicks come out, and every click you are billed for carries the record that says why.
Tell us what you are running today and we will tell you whether we can improve on it.
XML feeds from advertisers, aggregators and ATS platforms are parsed at scale, deduplicated and normalised into a single canonical job schema. Multi-gigabyte feeds are handled by streaming ingestion, and expired jobs are suspended and removed automatically.
Salary, job type and category are extracted from structured fields and free text, so downstream feeds carry clean, consistent data even when the source does not.
Hourly and high-volume, skilled trades, healthcare, driving, professional and executive. Because demand is spread across a wide publisher network rather than a single source, traffic can be weighted toward the industries and regions a campaign actually needs, and tuned against your KPIs as it runs.
Per-campaign and per-publisher bids, markdowns, budgets, pacing, country toggles and title keyword filters, controlled from one operator dashboard. Budget pacing keeps campaigns within limits automatically.
Clicks, applications and spend tracked in real time, conversions via S2S postbacks, and daily reconciliation of platform data against advertiser reporting.
Invalid traffic is the tax on job advertising nobody itemises. Each click is assigned a classification, and four categories of invalid traffic are excluded from billing by default.
| Classification | What it is | How it is handled |
|---|---|---|
| Valid | Genuine candidate click | Passes every validation layer, is delivered to the job, and is the only class of click that reaches an invoice. |
| Foreign | Wrong country | Clicks originating outside the job’s target country, including overseas proxy and relay traffic, are identified geographically and excluded. |
| Bot | Automated traffic | Crawlers, scrapers, link-scanner prefetches and scripted clicks are caught by layered scoring and challenge verification before they can be billed. |
| Expired | Dead inventory | Clicks on jobs already removed from the advertiser’s feed are flagged and excluded. Candidates should not land on dead listings, and nobody should pay for them. |
| Duplicate | Repeat clicks | Rapid repeat clicks from the same source on the same job are collapsed, so one candidate interaction is billed once. |
