Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Administration Support in the Children's Community Administration Team. You will work closely with the administration and clinical teams, providing essential administrative support in a busy environment.

You will be completing an in house Apprenticeship alongside your role meaning you will gain extra qualifications to support your future career opportunities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to integrate into the current team and provide an efficient and effective service within a timely manner. Attention to detail is a must, along with excellent communication skills.

Main duties of the job

Your duties will include the consistent provision of administration support to the team. You will ensure the high standard of administrative service is consistently delivered by undertaking all required tasks and activities on a daily basis.

You will utilise the required technology/hospital systems that are introduced and support other team members to do so to deliver an efficient administrative service.

Qualifications

Essential

  • At least 3 GCSEs or equivalent at A to C Grade to include maths and English
Knowledge

Desirable

  • NHS experience in a similar role
  • 18 week pathway/PTL/RTT
Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience of working in a similar role Band 2 or equivalent
  • Use of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Desirable

  • Practical experience of working in a clinical support role
