Attendance Manager

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Term Time Only (39 weeks per year)

About the role:

As Attendance Manager, you will be responsible for driving improvements in attendance across the academy and ensuring attendance concerns are identified and addressed quickly and effectively.

You will lead attendance interventions, support families, coordinate multi-agency working and oversee day-to-day attendance provision. The role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgement and a strong understanding of the connection between attendance, safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Working closely with students, families and colleagues, you will help remove barriers to attendance, promote positive engagement and ensure every student has the best possible opportunity to achieve and thrive.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and making a meaningful difference to students and families within our school community.
