An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients - Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.

The working hours are between Monday - Sunday 8-8.

Main duties of the job

The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records. Experience working on Rio. Welcoming visitors.

Qualifications

Essential

  • oGCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
Experience

Essential

  • oExperience of using word processing packages
  • oExperience in a similar administrative/business support role

Desirable

  • oExperience working in the NHS or public sector.
Skills/knowledge

  • oKnowledge of database input, producing standard reports
  • oKnowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately
  • oGood organisation skills
  • oIT skills including word, excel and outlook
  • oCustomer service experience
