We are looking for Bank Support Workers who are caring, dependable, and passionate about making a real difference.We're looking for flexible Bank Support Workers who can regularly cover waking night shifts from 10pm to 8am.Your Role as a Support WorkerAs part of a team wholeheartedly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, you’ll provide consistent, compassionate support to children—helping them feel safe, valued, and empowered. You will:Build trusting, positive relationships with children and young peopleSupport daily routines – from school runs and mealtimes to play and bedtimeHelp children learn life skills and build their independenceWork as part of a team to ensure children feel safe, secure, and cared forSupport with care plans, routines, and risk assessments (with training)Handle challenging behaviour calmly and with empathy, using a therapeutic approachTake part in fun, active days – every day is different!Be part of the sleep-in rota, (flexibility is essential)About YouWe’re looking for people who are caring, reliable, and motivated to make a difference. You don’t need experience as full training and ongoing support are provided.
