We are looking for a Bid Manager / Writer to take ownership of our tender submissions — producing compelling, high-quality bids that win work and reflect the strength of what Harmony does. This is a role at the heart of our commercial engine, working closely with Business Development, Pre Construction, Operations and Senior Leadership to craft submissions that are persuasive, technically credible, and on time every time.
This is more than a writing role. It is about understanding what makes Harmony different, translating that into responses that resonate with clients, and building the systems and library that make our bid process sharper with every submission.
