With a secure pipeline of diverse projects spanning public buildings, residential, education, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors, you'll make meaningful contributions while collaborating with an innovative, forward-thinking team. Role As a Building Surveyor, your responsibilities will include: Support senior team members in project delivery from inception to completion Lead building surveying services and coordinate in-house multi-disciplinary design teams Manage client relationships and expectations Conduct technical reviews to ensure service quality standards Apply technical expertise across varied construction projects Operate proactively across both project and professional led services Person To be successful in this Building Surveyor job in Wakefield you will need to bring experience working within a construction consultancy environment: 3+ years of relevant building surveying experience within a construction consultancy environment A building surveying degree or equivalent qualification Progress toward MRICS Chartership or be MRICS Qualified Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel A proactive, positive attitude with confidence communicating at all levels Strong organisational skills managing workloads with appropriate supervision Technical building surveying knowledge across multiple disciplines Analytical thinking with the ability to produce thorough, professional reports Remuneration This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful construction consultancy with an impressive pipeline and strong presence in Yorkshire and the North.
