Care Assistant Days at Newstead

Care Assistant (Days) at Newstead supports residents with daily living while making time for meaningful interaction and companionship. You'll assist with personal care, help residents stay comfortable and involved, and promote independence and wellbeing in a stimulating, homely environment. Shifts are worked on a rota basis, and there are opportunities to gain NVQ Level 2 and 3. We're looking for someone warm, compassionate and dependable, with strong communication skills, who can work flexibly, show initiative and deliver care that respects dignity and individual choice.
