Care Assistant – Totton & New Forest

£14.80–£17.15 per hour including holiday pay

• Join Right at Home Solent and support Clients to stay independent and comfortable in their own homes.
• Whether you already have care experience or are looking to start a career in care, we provide full paid training and ongoing support.
• Your shifts

• Evenings: 5:00pm–10:00pm

• Split shifts: 9:30am–1:00pm & 5:30pm–10:30pm

• Minimum 20 hours per week

• 3 weekdays + alternate weekends

What you’ll get

• £14.80–£16.59 per hour weekdays

• £15.30–£17.15 per hour weekends

• 35p per mile mileage

We’ll provide the training and support you need to become confident in your role and build a rewarding career in care.

What you’ll do

You’ll support Clients with their day-to-day lives, including:

• Personal care

• Medication support

• Preparing meals and drinks

• Companionship

• Everyday activities

Most importantly, you’ll help Clients remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes.

What we need from you

• Full UK driving licence

• Your own reliable vehicle

• Right to work in the UK

• Reliable, caring and respectful approach

• Availability for the required shifts
