In this Care Coordinator position, you’ll be responsible for coordinating rotas, allocating care workers, managing changes to staffing requirements and supporting the wider branch team with day-to-day operations. You’ll also develop strong working relationships with care staff, clients and their families, helping to ensure care remains reliable, safe and person-centred. Key responsibilities Coordinate care schedules, manage rotas and allocate care workers across community care packages Manage sickness, absence and last-minute staffing changes Build strong relationships with care workers, clients and families Maintain accurate records and support assessments, reviews and changes to care packages Maintain high standards of safeguarding, quality and compliance while participating in the on-call rota About you We’re looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Care Coordinator preferred Experience within complex care, domiciliary care, supported living or homecare Strong organisational, rota management and administrative skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with care teams, clients and families A proactive, organised approach with a good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred careIf you’re ready for your next career move and have the experience we’re looking for, apply now or contact Dale, (phone number removed) to find out more about this Care Coordinator opportunity
